is a new browser add on by Google that claims to make web pages load faster by utilizing Google's global computer network. It's free so check it out but be sure to read the terms and conditions as well as the privacy policy first. I've read a few articles and post about this new tool and some people are worried that google might be tracking the viewing habits of its users.

Mepis Linux is a distro based on Debian Linux designed with Windows users in mind who want to convert or try Linux. To begin, no installation is needed. It's a live CD, or in another words a bootable cd with Linux installed on it that allows you to use the OS directly from the CD. If you decide you like the OS and want to continue using it there is even a button on the desktop for installed Mepis to your hard drive for a more permanent solution.

Logitech MX 510

I just ordered a new mouse, a Logitech MX 510.

It is time replace my old mouse, the Logitech Dual Optical. The feet have worn off this one. I've bought replacement feet called mouse skatez, but they didnt last as I had hoped. The mouse skatez tend to leave a sticky trail on the mouse pad and on the mouse itself after some usage.
Once I get the new mouse I will test it out and give a little review here. Amazon has it on sale right now for $31.88.

Star Wars Revelations is a low budget independent Star Wars film that takes place between Episode 3 and 4. What's truly great about this is that it is totally free. All you have to do is download it and watch it. The effects and computer graphics are stunning and would lead viewers to believe that this is a big budget film. It runs about 40 minutes long and is available in QuickTime, Windows Media or a full DVD in ISO format. Comic Geek Speak also has a nice interview with the director of Star Wars Revelations, Shane Felux.
